Long, long ago, these caverns were the home of the Xuat-Matun tribe, and bore their name. But those Argonians are long gone, and the place is now a lair of the Veeskhleel: the Ghost People.
Blight Bog Sump

Blight Bog Sump is a set of caverns located in Murkmire, east of Blackrose Prison.

It is currently inhabited by the Ghost People Tribe, or Veeskhleel in Jel. Once the home of the Xuat-Matun tribe, numerous sections of the ruins remain named after them.

The cave is explored together with Iskenaaz while helping the Bright-Throat Tribe solve a mystery that is troubling their village. An Aberration from the Sump approaches Bright-Throat Village while investigating the dragonthorn glade, which is used to trace back the path leading to the cave.
