Save the Fauns
At Fauns' Thicket, a wolf pack threatens the local Faun herd. Druid Edaen asked me to plant a berry that the wolves hate but the Fauns love to eat. It should keep the wolves from attacking the Fauns.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Talk to Druid Edaen outside Fauns' Thicket.
  2. Plant the seeds.
  3. Meet Druid Edaen outside the delve.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Outside the delve, the Fauns' Thicket, stands Druid Edaen with a Faun named Mohair. Druid Edaen is concerned because the Fauns are in danger and she needs help protecting the Faun from a local wolf pack that has recently moved to the area. Although they haven't eaten any Fauns yet, she believes it is only a matter of time... She says the Faun herd has lived here before even the Druid came, and she adores them.

However, she does not want you to get rid of the wolves, just plant some seeds throughout Fauns' Thicket. The berries are a favorite of the Fauns but the wolves hate them. Druid Edaen will mark locations on a map for you to plant the seeds. She and Mohair will also plant some seeds at the same time, but will stop by after a bit to see how you are doing.

Plant the SeedsEdit

Spriggan Venombow

There are three locations on the map for you to plant the seeds. As you go through the delve you will encounter wolves, wasps, Primal Ursauk and various types of Spriggan unique to Galen including Bears, Venombows, Senche, and Ravengers.

After you plant the seeds Druid Edaen will place a spell on them to make them grow faster. To reach the location near the delve boss you must take the path all the way around to the west then over a bridge. You can get to this location to plant the seeds without killing the boss.

When you have finished all three locations leave the delve.

Talk to Druid Edaen Outside the DelveEdit

When you exit the delve Druid Edaen will be waiting for you. She says Mohair is really excited about the plants and you have made the Faun very happy, along with the herd. She is sure the Fauns will now be safe from the wolves. She will present you with a small reward.

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
