Not so impressive, huh? Sadly, our base in the sewers here is the only part of the city that isn't overrun by gods-damned Daedra." - I was told to report to you. I've come to help take the city. (Only if you collected the quest from a captain in Cyrodiil—otherwise skip down to "What can I do to help?")
- "Well, there's plenty to do. Welcome aboard!
Like killing Daedra? Of course you do! You'll fit in just fine." - What's the situation here in the city?
- "Well, we keep busy thumping those Pact and Dominion bastards wherever we find them. That's fun. But honestly, the Daedra are still in charge. Chaps my arse …."
- "Well, there's plenty to do. Welcome aboard!
- What can I do to help?
- "Pick a direction and start swinging. Can't walk ten paces in this city without bumping into some ugly beast, or thick-headed bannerman.
I could bore you with grand strategy, but it won't make a bit of difference if we don't thin the enemy's ranks." - Very well ….
- "One other thing.
There's a woman here in the city—a Dragonguard warrior calling herself the "Drake of Blades." She's brought us some valuable intelligence, but she's clearly up to something. I don't like it. If you meet her, be watchful." - As you wish.
After activating the quest, she just repeats her opening line.

She would have been the quest giver for Covenant Priorities.
- "First priority is destroying the anchor in the Nobles District. It's complicated though—portals and such.
Go up and talk to Rayzeeh from the Fighters Guild. She can explain. Whatever it takes, break that anchor and capture the district."
After destroying the Dark Anchor in the Nobles District and capturing the district for the Covenant, she would have said:
- "Rayzeeh sent word that you captured the Nobles District. Those are the best tidings I've heard all week.
Now I just need to figure out how to move this command center up there. Anything to get out of these sewers."
