The Hooded Figure is a Breton who is in the employ of a mysterious contact known as "the Benefactor". In reality, she is deceiving you to hand you over to the Worm Cult.

Quest-Related EventsEdit

The Hooded Figure will spawn in your alliance's starter city or any other major settlement, and call you over for a discussion.

Hooded Figure: "Ah, you are the one I seek."

If you walk away:

Hooded Figure: "I see you're busy. I can occupy myself for now."

She has a benefactor that needs to speak to you privately on a matter that will affect Tamriel:

"Greetings. My benefactor wishes to speak to you about a matter that could affect the fate of our world."

What does your benefactor want?

"If my benefactor wished to discuss details in the open, why send a messenger? The matter is for your ears only."

Fine then.

If you are nearby the meeting location in the major alliance city:

"My benefactor awaits nearby. Do not tarry."

I'll go now.

If you're away from the meeting place from a considerable distance, you can ask her where to find the benefactor:

Depending on your character's alliance, the location she gives will vary:

"A passenger cabin in the Interim Suitor, down at the docks. Do not tarry."
"My benefactor awaits you in the Patheirry House, near Trademan's Square. Do not tarry."
"The Sadreno House, in Davon's Watch. Between Artisans' Row and the Market District. Do not tarry."

Once you have left the area, she will despawn and not appear again.

If you ignored speaking to her and you choose to find her in the major alliance city. Her location varies depending on your alliance.

She will be sitting at the same table with First Mate Mathad on the Interim Suitor.
She will be feeding chickens outside of Winvale's Winsome Loon.
She will be fixing a cart in front of Sadreno House.

If you accepted the quest at the site she is at, her greeting will then change to:

"I really have nothing further to tell you. Seek my benefactor if you wish to satisfy your curiosity."
