Malofar is a Nord mage found in Breagha-Fin. After him and his tribe were exiled from Skyrim, he stole the Emerald Chalice, a relic owned by the Mages Guild, and settled in Breagha-Fin. Finding his companions tiresome, he decided to turn them all into goblins. His journal can also be found in the inner sanctum of Breagha-Fin.

After solving the Runestone puzzle, you can enter the inner sanctum where Malofar will be with the chalice and several goblin guards.
