During Paths Out Of Darkness, when you reach Ravith-morna in the ritual chamber of the Shrine of Namiira, there will be two powerful Ravenous Sa-m'Athra waiting for you.
You will need to defeat them both to sufficiently disrupt the ritual so the Cantors Krin'ze and Viti can teleport in to use the Song of Binding on Ravith-morna.
