Rethan Manor is a Hlaalu-style building southwest of Balmora. It has a simple lock on the door, and entering it will be considered trespassing. The house is owned by Benar and Malur Rethan, and Benar keeps a key there to the Vassir-Didanat Mine. You are later sent here during the quest to detain him until Hlaalu constables arrive.
The house has three floors, each containing Rethan Hirelings and Rethan Hunters. Workers are also found here, with Chaxolee on the ground floor and Sheelahi on the upper floor. Pinirrerr can be found tending to the grounds outside the manor.
