Spectral Thunderbugs are ghostly thunderbugs found in Ouze. They are the spirits of oathbreaker changelings, and the Worm Cult is attempting to enslave them.

- They reside within Ouze alongside fellow oathbreakers, who take on the forms of Spectral Hoarvors and Oathbreaker Spirits.
