Chef Rhazeez has enlisted me as his assistant. He wants to create the spiciest dish in Tamriel using local Galen ingredients.

An explosion of flavor!

While in the open market of Vastyr, you will see and hear a chef hawking his dishes, and calling out to you in particular to help him with an urgent task. He turns out to be world-traveling chef, in dire need of ingredients for his latest creation. This meal stars some exotic flavors - vulk'esh meat, Vastyr brandy and volcanic reaper peppers. He needs your help getting them.

The brandy is closest, in the possession of Foucault Pierrane at the local tavern. He will allow you to buy a bottle of the brandy for a small sum, or you can promise to arrange a favor from the chef and get it for free.

Either way, with the brandy secured head to northeastern Galen, near Llanshara Wayshrine. The other two ingredients can be found close to each other. One is a tall leafy green plant growing by itself, which you can harvest for peppers.

Vulk'esh lounge in the nearby river of lava. Kill one and loot its meat, then return to Chef Rhaazeez. He will give you your rewards: some gold and a valuable ring. Stick around after to watch him make the new dish on the fly. It doesn't quite go as planned.
