The Steel Shrikes are a sub-group of the Ra Gada raiders encountered at Fuller's Break and the Glittering Grotto. At Fuller's Break they have invaded in an attempt to carve out a new domain for Hammerfell. In the Glittering Grotto they are attempting to loot the place of valuables.
