The Ra Gada are Redguard raiders who attack the coast of Malabal Tor. They name themselves after the original Ra Gada, the Warrior Wave that came from sinking Yokuda. They have recently allied themselves with the Drublog, a tribe of Wood Orcs who have fallen under the influence of Ulthorn the Hound.
The Steel Shrikes occupying Fuller's Break are a sub-group of the Ra Gada.
