Sumalatha Thota is a Vampire Lord who can be found in easternmost Scenic Viewpoint on Amenos during the Heroes of High Isle event.
As you approach the coast, there is a chance you will see Sumalatha Thota standing over the body of an unfortunate victim. She will disappear in a cloud of red mist as you approach. Alternatively, you may come across a Green Serpent Bandit at this location instead.
