First Auridon Marines wait at the city's gate
After aiding the people of Dawnbreak, Landare asked me to move down the road to Firsthold. If Dawnbreak faced the Daedra, chances are the city of Firsthold has as well.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Travel to Firsthold and talk to a Marine.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

After saving Dawnbreak, Captain Landare will ask you to report to the Marines at Firsthold. You will find a group of Marines and refugees on the road north of the Firsthold Wayshrine. Talk to Curime to warn her about Daedra:

I came to warn you of a Daedric attack, but it looks like I'm too late.
"Sadly, yes. The attack is underway."

You will then complete the quest and begin Breaking the Barrier.

NotesEdit

  • This quest can be skipped if you don't pick it up from Landare in Dawnbreak. You can instead go back to Skywatch Manor and speak to Razum-dar, who will send you directly to Firsthold.

BugsEdit

  • Sometimes Curime can still have a Quest Marker even though she has no additional dialogue. ?

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
