Worm Cult Pugilists are non-beast Worm Cult members who can be encountered leading Soul Reaper attacks in various locations around Tamriel. Contrary to all others flame adepts, the flames of their attacks are blue. They are identical to Worm Cult Monks and Worm Cult Elementalists.

- Burning Hand Strike
- The Worm Cult Pugilist punches you with their ignited hand, dealing low flame damage.
- Dancing Flame Strike
- The Worm Cult Pugilist performs a flaming spin kick, dealing low flame damage.
- Burning Strike
- The Worm Cult Pugilist launches a flame bolt to you, dealing low flame damage.
- Flash Surge
- The Worm Cult Pugilist channels a conal fire with their hand, dealing low continuous flame damage. This can be interrupted to set Worm Cult Pugilist off-balance.
- Flash Trail
- The Worm Cult Pugilist dashes forward while engulfed in flames, indicated by a long red rectangle, leaving a lingering trail of fire behind. The initial strike deals low flame damage, and the lingering flames deal continuous low flame damage.
- Flame Aura/Reactive Flame Aura/Flame Aura Corona
- The Worm Cult Pugilist conjures a large ring of fire around themselves, indicated by a large red circle, granting a damage shield to their allies inside the circle, but not themselves. Standing in the fire deals continuous low flame damage.

A Fighters Guild Defenderhave never seen a Pugilist in Mages Guild version of encounter will be escorting a commoner when a Soul Reaper appears.
The Puglist will announce their intentions:
- Female Worm Cult Pugilist
- Worm Cult Pugilist: "Kneel before our soul reaper!"
- Worm Cult Pugilist: "Let your blood water the earth. Let your souls feed our reaper."
