Darach Barrow is a partially flooded barrow north of Wavemoth Legion Fort.
The barrow entrance overlooks a pool of water that lies north of the bridge leading to that ruined Legion citadel. The Alessian Bronze Boots that are a target of the quest of the same name can be found in the final chamber beyond the underwater portion of the tomb. These will require levitation to reach, being upon a raised platform in the center of that chamber.
