Kyrana Quina is an Imperial Trader found aboard her ship, the Brine Stone. If spoken to, she will offer to sell you some of the ship's fine cloth from the Nibenay.
During The Drowned however, Kyrana's dark secret is revealed. She, like all aboard, is a member of the Placid Drowner Cult - a group of individuals who sacrifice the living to Daedra by drowning them. In this quest, you have the option of either killing Kyrana and her crew, or else joining the Cult yourself - in which case you commit to making similar sacrificial offerings to the Watcher - Molag Bal.
