Solvus Orrich is an Imperial Noble and the Seneschal of the Kingdom of Anvil, making him one of Queen Millona Conomorus' closest advisors. He has a number of quests for servants of the kingdom focused around limiting threats to it, reducing seditious gossip, and constraining the influence of the powerful noble, Herrius Thimistrel, whom Solvus suspects harbors treacherous intent.
