Strand is an old tower by Archad overlooking the Dasek Marsh.
It lies to the village's northeast, and a Colovian Bear has made its home in front of the trapdoor leading into the ruined tower. During the invasion of the Camoran Usurper, the residents of Archad hid within the fortress while their village burned. Since then however, the undead have come to infest the halls. This fact irks the former battlemage, Tisia, and she will send you to clear the ruin during Extermination at Strand.
The interior of the ruin is relatively small, and guarded by undead in the attire of Reman-era legionnaires. An Old Journal Entry on a shelf in the northwest details the night of the Usurper's attack. The collapsed tunnel referenced in this note is perhaps the one on the higher floor, where a skeleton lies buried under rubble - a Wenbone Bow and Right Gauntlet of the Summer's Day just by its hand.
