Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Bidsi Omathi in Almas Thirr's Hostel of the Crossing about her grandfather's dedication.
2. Either:
   1. Pay Moram Llervor in the Office of Intercession (in the Plaza) his 10 gold fee.
   2. Speak to Madura Andrano in the Office of Recording (Upper Waistworks) about the dedication.
   3. Search for the Omathi Dedication in the office's cluttered basement.
   4. Return the dedication to Bidsi for 25 gold
3. Or:
   1. Talk to Adosi Biran in the Limping Scrib and either:
      • Pay him the 200 gold fee he asks.
      • Agree to undertake a task for a discount.
        1. Steal the H.C.C Dividends Statement from the Office of Recording.
        2. Bring the statement to Adosi and pay his discounted fee of 50 gold.
   2. Wait a day, then speak to Adosi again.
   3. Return to Bidsi and either:
      • Request no payment (no reward).
      • Stress the expense (rewards 75 gold).
      • If you got a discount, mention it (rewards 50 gold).

NotesEdit

• The dedication is behind three urns on the basement's west side.
• Reading the dedication will raise your Restoration skill by 2 points.

10		Bidsi Omathi, a pilgrim staying at the Hostel of the Crossing in Almas Thirr, wants to add to a dedication her grandfather has left during his own pilgrimage, but has been denied access to it by the Office of Recording. She asked me to speak to Moram Llervor at the Office of Intercession on her behalf. Alternatively, she told me that Adosi Biran at the Limping Scrib could help, at a cost.
20		Moram Llervor has approved the release of the documents for a small fee and told me to speak to Madura Andrano at the Office of Recording.
30		Madura Andrano has admitted that the record I seek has been lost and possibly destroyed during a recent fire. She has given me permission to look for it myself in the downstairs office.
40		I have found the Omathi dedication in the Office of Recording.
100	Finishes quest	I brought the dedication to Bidsi Omathi.
110	Finishes quest	Bidsi Omathi was depressed to find out that the dedication was ruined in a fire and lost to time, though my effort was appreciated.
200	Finishes quest	Bidsi Omathi is dead.

10		I've spoken to Adosi Biran, who will recover the dedication for 200 septims. He offered me a discount if I steal a document from the Office of Recording for him. It contains financial information about House Hlaalu and should be in the main room.
15		I brought the document from the Office of Recording to Adosi Biran. He offered me a discount.
20		Adosi Biran promised to have the document tomorrow.
30		One day has passed. Adosi Biran is probably ready to give me the document.
40		Adosi Biran has made good on his promise. I now have the dedication for Bidsi Omathi.
