He can be found in the Limping Scrib in Almas Thirr, with instruments scattered on the floor beside him—it appears that he occasionally plays for the clientele here. Adosi can be consulted for advice throughout the Thieves Guild questline here, and usually advocates for subtle approaches, in stark contrast to the more direct tactics espoused by his Thieves Guild comrade, Banjar Long-Face.
Adosi also features as a thief-for-hire in the quest A Matter of Record, and can be tasked with securing a missing document for Bidsi Omathi in the event that you do not fancy the more bureaucratic route.
