Almse Ramaran is a Dark Elf Kinsman of House Redoran. She is the captain of the guard in the Roth Roryn town of Bodrum, and the daughter of that settlement's ruler, Dalam Ramaran. Her other family members include her mother, Ervyna Ramaran, and her younger sister Rarvela Ramaran. During the Morag Tong quest, Writ on Almse Ramaran, you are tasked with bringing about Almse's death. It is one that she faces without apparent fear:
