Detailed WalkthroughEdit
If Eno Hlaalu is permitted to retire during Grandmaster, he can later be found on the island of Vounoura. He has come here to honor an old tradition of the Morag Tong, which sees old members retreat to the island to spend their remaining time in prayer. This has also given him time to reflect on the past decisions that led to the death of his brother, Methas Hlaalu. He asks that you recover Methas' amulet so that he can offer it to the shrine at Vounoura.
Agree to help, and Eno will tell you to speak to Ethasi Rilvayn. She's in Balmora's guild hall. Speak to her to receive the Storage Room Key that unlocks the level 100 door to the storage room (although unfortunately not the level 95 locked door before it). Inside the storage room you'll find the body of Methas Hlaalu. Take Methas Hlaalu's Amulet from his body, and then bring it to Eno Hlaalu on Vounoura in exchange for the Ring of Mantis Flip.
