Dar'Hejo is a Khajiit alchemist and skooma dealer who appears on the docks in Old Ebonheart during the events of Illicit Inspiration. After his appearance, he can also act as a lead on the whereabouts of the missing prince, S'Khar-ra, during the quest The Prince of Rats.
He wears a common shirt and a pair of common pants. He carries the randomized skooma and moon sugar that he restocks.
Like all Khajiit, he can see well in the dark and can demoralize others for short periods. In addition, he also knows the following spells: Crushing Burden Touch, Detect Creature, Dispel, Great Burden of Sin, Heavy Burden, Saintly Word, Sotha's Mirror, Spell Absorption, Strong Levitate, Summon Ancestral Ghost, Tinur's Hoptoad, and Vivec's Feast.
