Davor Indri is a Dunmer slave trader in the canton city of Almas Thirr. As you enter the city he is in the Canalworks, outside a pen containing four of his slaves, Ja'Weer, Jar'Jo-Zhid, Llaynasa Nothro and Rulene. He has a problem however:
"My informant found out from a drunk Hlaalu in Narsis that shipments of slaves have been infiltrated by spies for House Hlaalu. I can't afford to sell any slave that might be a spy to House Indoril; I might lose my head for conspiracy if it was ever discovered. The slaves will be on guard with me, but perhaps an outlander like yourself could get them to talk. Could you investigate the slaves and find out which ones, if any, are spies?"
He will happily pay you to identify any spies, in the hope of selling them to Great House Indoril for interrogation.
