Feladir is a Wood Elf lately arrested in connection with a string of thefts orchestrated in Helnim, the latest having been an attempted heist in Tel Gilan. He is being held captive in the town's prison tower, but proves tight-lipped to any who ask about the gang he was allegedly a part of.
In truth, Feladir doesn't know much about the organisation - the Tel Gilan heist was his first job with them, and one that went terribly, terribly wrong.
