Grala gra-Gurakh is an Orc Knight of the Order of Firewatch. She can be found guarding the High Halls of that city's castle, Ember Keep.
Grala appears in the Imperial Legion quest Death or Dishonor, having challenged the Dustmoth Legion commander Thromil Rufus to a duel. As she puts it:
"Thromil has no honor, his men have no honor. All they are is what remained after every good man in their garrison died with the late Duchess. Thugs, drunkards, layabouts, cowards. And if you would stand with them, then I would gladly end you."
Thromil being pretty much as described, sends you as his champion, and you will be forced either to kill Grala or to get her to withdraw her challenge.
