Honns is a Nord commoner in Vhul, who at the time of your arrival is staying in The Howling Hound. He will ask you to investigate some swindling Dark Elves - the local Syvvit Tong. Accepting begins the events of Honns in Luck.
Despite his self-claimed status as commoner, he is richly attired and able to reward you with plentiful moonstones on returning his various pieces of enchanted gear. Quite how he has remained rich for this long remains a mystery.
