Jada is the Redguard Publican of Andothren's tavern favored by visiting outlanders - the Dancing Cup. She appears to be unconcerned by the ongoing spate of thefts occurring at the tavern, as you will likely experience for yourself should you choose to rent one of the cheap beds here.
Jada does care a great deal more when her own stock goes missing of course. This is shown during the quest Delivery of Wine where the shortcomings of Lechlaud Rorielle cause her to be lower than expected on bottles of Surille Brothers. Jada expresses her intention to purchase from Mandaras Savrethi after the dispute is resolved.
