Melgor is a Wood Elf archer found in Kynareth's Tower, in the castle of the Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. He offers training to a high level in Block and Long Blade, and to maximum level in Marksman. However, he will only agree to offer training if supplied with the Bow of Shadows, which is hidden on Vvardenfell.
For protection, he wears a set of Imperial silver greaves with matching boots and bracers. For clothing, he wears a common shirt, a pair of common pants, and an Imperial belt. He wields a steel longbow, and carries 20 Cruel Sparkarrows and 3 leveled health potions.
Aside from his natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, he knows the following spells: Fortify Athletics Skill, Fortify Block Skill, Fortify Light Armor Skill, Fortify Long Blade Skill, and Fortify Marksman Skill.
