Napali is a small cave beside Lake Andaram where the sorceror Massitha has made her temporary home.
Follow the lake edge west from Aimrah to reach the cave entrance. Massitha, a Redguard sorceror has set up here. She bears a striking resemblance to the Massitha described in the book Incident in Necrom, and is likely one and the same.
A Dreugh Helm is on the chest in her camp. Two dead Dreugh can be found floating in the pool at the end of the cave, and may provide a source of Dreugh Wax.
