Alver Farmhouse is a farmhouse adjacent to Savrethi Distillery.
The Alver couple own this farm and can be found within the house while the enslaved Argonian, Clever-Girl, labors in the field. A variety of crops including Corkbulb, Comberry, Hamum Root and Ash Yam are grown here.
The Mercantile skill book The Buying Game can be found on the desk on the basement floor. Both Mirea and Nols hold keys that can free Clever-Girl if you desire.
