Savrethi Distillery is a distillery in Roth Roryn. The plantation fields are dominated by Comberry and Ash Yam plants. Sujamma and greef are made here, and aged within a small cavern on the edge of the distillery. As with much of the agriculture in Morrowind, the fields are worked by slaves. The Savrethi family runs the plantation, and can be found in Savrethi Manor. Mandaras Savrethi, the distillery's owner, has been having particular trouble of late with the Ashlanders of the nearby Obainat Camp, who he blames for reducing the water supply to his crops. He will ask you to intermediate with the ashlanders, beginning the events of Wicked Water Woes. The distillery features in other quests, including Poisoning the Well, begun at Obainat Camp itself.
Mandarys has three sons, Drarus, Sarus and Garus. Drarus appears to act as overseer, and is encountered during the Imperial Legion quest, Freedom At Any Price, where he is concerned about an escaped slave. Garus works in the offices and seems to handle orders - it is he who you must speak to during the House Hlaalu quest, Greef Astray. The youngest son, Sarus Savrethi, handles shipping - although his wife Milune disputes this, claiming credit for herself. Unrelated to any Savrethi are the brewer and alchemist, Volon Caram, and the scribe Gashanarz gro-Durgag.
