Garus Savrethi is a Dunmer Nightblade who runs the office of the Savrethi Distillery. In practice, he appears to handle orders for the distillery's goods - not least those orders that come from the nearby city of Andothren.
It is therefore to Garus that you are sent during Greef Astray, a House Hlaalu quest that sees you investigate a missing shipment of greef - and, as it turns out, the missing shipper. For Garus' younger brother, Sarus Savrethi has gone missing with his cargo, and a concerned Garus will ask that you investigate.
