The River Garivun is a short river that winds through three regions of the mainland. It rises in the Boethian Mountains . It flows south through the Molag Ruhn and gradually turns southwest before running past Helnim and venting into the sea.

The sections of the river that flow through the Boethian Mountains are, unsurprisingly, steeply-banked. As it passes through Molag Ruhn, the land becomes much flatter and suitable for agriculture.

• Tel Drevis — The home of a Telvanni spellwright who prefers the quiet life.
• Helnim — An important Imperial trading center between the Empire and House Telvanni.
