1. Talk to Marug gro-Meridius in Bthuangthuv about jobs and the Amulet of Silver Tongue.
2. Relieve Elar Fandas of the Amulet of Silver Tongue.
3. Bring the Amulet to Marug.

NotesEdit

• This is one of three side jobs that can be begun after Good Fences, Good Neighbors. Only one of these quests needs to be completed to unlock Thoricles' Bane, but completion of all three will be needed to unlock Scandalous Letters.
• The amulet is in a hollowed-out and locked book in Elar's bedroom.

10		Marug gro-Meridius told me that Elar Fandas, a local bookseller, has an enchanted amulet, the Amulet of Silver Tongue, hidden in his shop. Marug gave two Scrolls of the Mage's Eye. I can use them to locate the amulet. Fandas' bookshop is on the lower west side of town.
100	Finishes quest	I presented the Amulet of Silver Tongue to Marug gro-Meridius. He suggested that we sell the amulet to Three-Eyes.
150	Finishes quest	Marug gro-Meridius is going to sell the Amulet of Silver Tongue to Three-Eyes.
450	Finishes quest	Marug gro-Meridius gave me 450 septims that he got from Three-Eyes selling the Amulet of Silver Tongue.
