Ulran Teryon is a Dark Elf Smith who runs the Fine Weaponsmith store in Andothren. Among his wares are pieces of native ebony and Dreugh armor. An additional factor recommending Ulran is that his pool of gold for purchases is substantially larger than any other smith in the city.
To his great shame, Ulran was recently taken in by a fraudulent salesperson, who sold him a batch of dodgy steel.
