You have been given a wedge of cheese!!
Your dedication and diligence to the wiki has not gone unnoticed. A user has seen the progress you've made, and has given you a wedge of cheese because of it. Good work! The user had the following to say:
Hi Ingura! I have noticed that a number of your images appear to have undergone heavy image editing, e.g. File:ON-mount-Aurielic Quasigriff.jpg and File:ON-mount-Aurielic Quasigriff 02.jpg. In general, screenshots should be left as close to their in-game appearance as possible. In future it would be ideal if unmodified versions could be uploaded. —Legoless (talk) 16:28, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
- Understandable, I edit screenshots to make sure they are readable (proper contrast and values, in accordance to the Help:Images page), and I'll admit I do go overboard sometimes. Heavily-edited ones like those are definitely me trying to fix poor lighting conditions— which become exacerbated due to my monitors' naturally poor color balancing. Is it fine if I edit incredibly-bright in-game events, like File:ON-quest-Dreams of the Forsaken.jpg, to be less, well… harsh? (The previous image was marked for low quality, and its in-game brightness made details hard to discern— which may have gotten its "low-quality" cleanup request added back on if left unmodified.)
Nevertheless, thanks for letting me know, I'll keep it in mind for the future! —- Ingura (talk) 17:39, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
