When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

SignatureEdit

I'm not sure if you've altered your signature or if you're signing manually, but normally a person's signature should link to their profile. For whatever reason, yours isn't doing so. If you're adding your signature manually, just start using four tildes (~~~~) instead and that'll fix the problem. If you're already doing that, then the problem is in your preferences. On the first page, just below the signature box, make sure "Treat the above as wiki markup" is turned off. If neither of these works, just reply to this topic and I or someone else will be happy to see if we can figure out what's going on.
