Baron von Zarov's Manor is a large mansion located behind the West Weald Inn in Skingrad.
It has been abandoned; its owner, Baron von Zarov, disappeared recently.
The manor has three stories. The bottom floor has an entryway, which is decorated with a pair of tapestries depicting night-time scenes, and a dining room, which has a long banquet table lined with chairs, a fireplace with a stove, and a food cupboard.
The second floor has a bookcase, a conversation area with three comfortable chairs arranged around a small table, and a large desk overlooking the front door. A secret door in this area leads to the sewers.
The attic is abandoned; there is nothing here except dust, cobwebs, some broken crates, numerous rats and bats. A large bloodstain marks the floor, though its origin is unknown.
