The Black Arrow is located on the north-eastern corner of the southern island, down near the water.

The hotel is a two-story building. The lower floor is a reception area—to call it a "common room" would be a misnomer; it has a counter where Dron sells drinks, but there's only a single stool and no real room for patrons to gather. Stairs lead up to a common area with benches and a table for guests. The hotel's two rooms are also located here, off a hallway to the front of the building. The rooms themselves are small—each has a single bed and dresser.
