Oron is an Imperial mage and a major character in the Bloodscript quests. He hires you to find The Bloodscript and, when you return it to him, attempts to get rid of you. This reveals him as a bad guy, and you're forced to help kill him later on.
Oron wears a black robe and hood, and leather boots. Initially he is unarmed; later, he has a rin and a bo staff, along with five strong potions of sorcery.
Oron first appears during the quest The Bloodscript. He remains on the upper level of the Black Arrow until you return the book to him, then he vanishes; you encounter him later in the Halls of Lôrn and chase him into a pocket dimension and kill him there.
Aside from quest-related dialogue, Oron has nothing to say.
