Cecilla Spratt is an Imperial alchemist who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with her husband Stararon.
She wakes up at 8am every morning, eats breakfast, and spends the morning in the Arboretum. At 2pm, she goes to the hospital to tend to the patients there, with a break for dinner at 6pm for two hours. At midnight, she returns home and goes to bed.
She wears a red robe and gold-trimmed shoes, and is armed with an iron dagger; she carries nothing but a house key.
The Spratt house is located on the upper level, in the southeast part of the district. The lower floor is a dining area with a dining table and chairs, a table in the back for food prep (and barrels for storage), and a chest of drawers for plates and flatware. The upper floor is one large room; the front half has three benches set up in a horseshoe shape, along with two food cupboards; the other half has their bed, two clothes cupboards, a chest for valuables, and two dressers and another cupboard back in the corner.
