Cocius Palenix is an Imperial commoner who lives in the Imperial City Elven Gardens District.
Cocius wakes up at 6am every morning and spends a couple hours lounging around; he heads over to the Beerhouse of the Arena at 8am to drink for two hours, then goes home to eat breakfast. At noon, he goes to the hospital, where he spends the afternoon sitting in the waiting room. He returns home at 4pm, spends a couple hours working around the house, then goes to Irbran's for dinner at 6pm. He returns home once more at 8pm and stays in until going to bed at 10pm.
He wears a random upper-class shirt, pants, and shoes, and carries a house key.
Cocius' house is located on the upper level of the southeast block, overlooking the inner courtyard. The lower floor has a dining table and three chairs in the middle of the room; cupboards near the stairs hold dishes and drinks, while the ones in the other corner hold clutter. The upper floor is his bedroom; it has a double bed, armoire, three chests of drawers holding clutter, and a writing desk back in the corner.
