Curtis Johnson is a Redguard commoner who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront District.
He leads a simple life. He rises at 6am every morning, eats breakfast for two hours, and then spends the morning drinking at Dreg's. He returns to the waterfront to walk around outside (if the weather's nice) or goes home (if it's not). At 2pm, he goes to Palate's Imbuement for lunch, and then resumes his patrol of the waterfront until he goes to bed at midnight.
He wears a brown shirt, light brown linen pants, and doeskin shoes, and is armed with a steel dagger; he carries a moderate amount of gold, a quill and inkwell, a couple apples, a loaf of bread, and a key to his house.
Curtis' house is small, clean, and simply furnished. One side is designated the dining area - it has a rack for plates and dishes and a trestle table with bench; a chair sits in the corner near the fireplace. The other side is his sleeping area - it has a bed, wolfskin rug, and low dresser.
Curtis has a nasty temper and doesn't much like strangers: "You don't look that worse off; what's someone like you doing down here in the Waterfront slums?" If you say you're just sight-seeing, he'll reply: "Yeah, well, if you don't watch yourself, the only sight you're going to be seeing is a knife in your side and your coin purse stolen."
