Hasell is a Redguard scout and soldier who serves aboard The Numidium, an Imperial Navy Fleet ship currently docked in Leyawiin Harbour. He sleeps in a bunk on the lower deck of the ship, which serves as the crew quarters.
Hasell gets up at 6am every morning for a one-hour inspection in the captain's cabin before he goes below to train for the rest of the morning. At 1pm, he goes to the Three Sisters Inn for lunch for three hours before spending the rest of the day walking around the city. He returns to the ship at 11pm and goes to bed.
He wields a rusty iron shortsword and wears a full set of leather training armor and a leather shield. He carries a set of lower-class clothing for relaxing as well as a random gem and a loaf of bread.
If you encounter Hasell on the ship, he will challenge you: "Hasell, Blade Expert of the Imperial Navy! And just what are you doing on our ship?" If you ask about the ship, he says, "What it is is off limits to unauthorized personnel! So unless you have the papers stating you can be here, I think it's best that you leave." If you run into him somewhere else, he will say, "That Rithle at the Mermaid Inn is one fine woman. I should go and pay her a visit sometime soon, maybe bring her some flowers to brighten up her tavern."
