Jira is a Khajiit trader who runs Blue Sands Housewares, a shop in the Imperial City Market District that sells all manner of household items.
Jira rises at 7am every morning and eats breakfast for an hour before going down to open the shop. She serves customers until 6pm, then she closes up and heads over to Montfort's Bakery for a three-hour dinner. After dinner, she returns to the shop to engage in various minor tasks for a couple hours before going to bed at 11pm.
Jira wears a blue silk shirt, green silk skirt, and blue suedes shoes; she carries a loaf of Aleswell White Bread, a strawberry tart, and a key to the shop.
Jira lives in an apartment above the shop which is large and well-appointed with high-end furnishings. Two large rugs cover most of the floor, and several tapestries hang on the walls; she has a bed, dresser, armoire, dining table, and two tall bookcases filled with books and odds and ends.
Jira always welcomes customers to her shop: "Welcome to Blue Sands, store of exotic silks, soaps and housewares of precious metals! How can I assist you today?" If you ask what she's got, she'll tell you: "I am the only supplier of Elsweyrian Glass urns and dishware in all of Cyrodiil, each piece shipped in special order from the desert sands of my homeland. I also have a large range of gold plates, cups and urns, a pleasant change from the traditional Imperial silver that is common in these parts. I am also the only supplier of the Emperor's Finest Soap, rumoured to be the only soap the Emperors of history have ever deemed acceptable to use on their imperial skin. But, I also stock simpler items, such as kitchenware, like pots, pans, and kitchen utensils."
