Morgan is a Redguard merchant who owns and runs Morgan's Mining Supplies, a shop in Bravil across the street from the chapel.
Morgan has a simple routine. He rises at 7am every morning and eats breakfast for an hour, then heads downstairs to open the shop. He remains open until 8pm, then closes the store and heads upstairs to do some work at his bench before going to bed at midnight.
He wears a burlap vest, sack cloth pants, and oiled linen shoes, and carries the key to the shop.
Morgan lives above his shop. The second floor consists of three rooms; the largest is divided into several cubicles by portable screens, which are packed with chests, barrels, crates, boxes, and miscellaneous clutter; one of them holds his workbench, where he examines precious gems and ores he buys and sells. Two smaller rooms at the back serve as a dining nook and a bedroom, both of which are full of clutter.
The first time you walk in, he'll express surprise: "Huh? A customer? Well, I'll be damned! I'd almost given up hope!" If you ask why, he says: "I don't get much business these days. Most of the mines around here have already been stripped bare, and those that haven't are overrun with goblins. There isn't much of a demand for my wares anymore, not in these parts."
