Rondus the Stinker is a Redguard commoner who lives on the streets of the Imperial City Diplomatic District.
Rondus wakes up at 10am every day and finds a nearby bench to eat his breakfast, rooting around in nearby containers if he has nothing. He spends his days wandering around the district, begging for spare coins, and eats another meal at 9pm. He goes to the public baths late at night (11pm to 2am) when no one else is around, then returns to his shanty to sleep.
Rondus wears a swimmer's outfit and swim trunks, and is armed with an iron dagger. He carries a hunk of beef, a wedge of cheese, and a bottle of mead.
Rondus has a lean-to in an alley just north of the public bathing house. His possessions consist of a sleeping pallet, a sack and barrel to store his food, a crate he uses as a chair, and a pot.
