The Learnéd Warlock is a shop located in a building at the southern end of the Imperial City Waterfront District, across from The Bloated Float.
The proprietor, Sarmane, has 1,000 gold and a Mercantile skill of 50. He sells magical jewelry, potions, apparatuses, ingredients, soul gems, and staves; he'll buy weapons, clothing, potions, ingredients, apparatuses, and miscellaneous items. Sarmane's wife Sheeva has 0 gold, 10 Mercantile, and sells Restoration spells; she also offers basic training in Mysticism.
The shop is huge and crowded with bookshelves, counters, and tables displaying all manner of potions, soul gems, staves, books, scrolls, ingredient jars, potion bottles, alchemical apparatus, and other items a mage would need. Sarmane works behind the main counter, which is located just inside the entrance; Sheeva spends most of her time in the back of the store, stirring a huge cauldron, though she's happy to take a break to serve customers.
An area behind the counter serves as the pair's private quarters; they have a dining table, a pair of beds, and a few containers for their possessions.
