The Page of Cups is a tavern/gambling house located in southern Skingrad.
The publican, Kingsley, has 50 gold and a Mercantile skill of 30; he sells various alcoholic drinks and dice, and will buy potions and miscellaneous items.
The tavern occupies a three-story building. The ground floor has the tavern itself - a bar against the back wall, where Kingsley works, with a few stools in front of it, and a table with benches. This area is obviously not very crowded, since the main draw of the place is the gambling tables. A card table sits in an alcove at the base of the stairs.
The second floor has another card table and a smaller table where people can sit and chat; the third floor is private rooms for high rollers and intimate gatherings. There are three rooms up here; two are for gambling, and the last is a room where a group of women have gathered to sit and chat.
